Referral Program: Earn 10% Credit on Every Purchase
Invite friends to GameGrid and earn 10% of everything they spend as account credit.
How the Referral Program Works
The GameGrid referral program rewards you for bringing new players to the platform.
When someone signs up using your referral code, they become your referral.
The standard commission is 10% of each payment they make, and it is ongoing rather than a one-off: it keeps accruing for as long as they stay a paying customer. Their first payment has to actually settle before anything accrues.
The commission is issued as GameGrid credit on your account, which can be used toward any GameGrid purchase.
It is credited as part of the payment itself, so it appears on your balance when their payment settles โ no action needed on your part.
Rates can be set per account, and a monthly cap or a time limit can be attached to an individual arrangement. 10% with no cap is the standard.
Getting Your Referral Link
Log in and go to the Billing page.
The "Referral Program" section shows your referral CODE, with a "Copy" button next to it. It is a code, not a URL โ share the code and tell people to enter it, or append it to a signup link yourself.
Share it with friends, in gaming communities, or on social media.
The code is applied when the person you referred checks out, which is what ties their account to yours.
Earning Credit
You earn the commission on each payment your referral makes โ monthly subscription payments, plan upgrades and one-time purchases alike.
The credit is written at the same moment as their payment, so it is on your balance as soon as the payment settles rather than on a later batch.
The standard arrangement has no cap and no end date. A cap or a time limit only applies where one has been agreed for a specific account.
Referral credit does not expire and can be used toward any GameGrid service.
Tracking Your Referrals
The Billing page shows your referral count and the total you have earned. Individual referral rewards also appear in your transaction history on the Transactions tab, each one traceable to the payment that produced it.
For privacy reasons, you cannot see your referralsโ personal information or what they purchased โ only the credit you earned.
Rules and Fair Use
Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn credit on your own purchases.
Referral credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. It can only be used toward GameGrid services.
If a referral is refunded or charges back, the commission earned from that payment is clawed back from your balance, and the clawback appears in your transaction history as a "Referral Clawback".
Abuse of the referral program (fake accounts, fraudulent activity) will result in forfeiture of referral credit and account suspension.
