How It Works
- Find your referral code — Log in to your WDC GameGrid dashboard and open the Billing page. Your unique referral code is shown in its Referral Program section.
- Share your code — Send your referral code to friends, post it on social media, or share it in gaming communities and Discord servers.
- They subscribe — When someone enters your code at checkout and pays for a server plan, the referral is tracked automatically.
- You earn credit — You receive 10% of each of their plan payments and renewals as account credit, which is applied toward your own GameGrid bills. An upgrade in the middle of a billing period, such as adding slots, earns no commission.
What Can Credit Be Used For?
Account credit from referrals can be applied to:
- New game server subscriptions
- Your plan’s renewals: available credit is applied first, and any remainder is charged to your payment method
There is no expiration on referral credit. The standard programme pays 10% of each payment, with no cap on earnings and no time limit on how long a referral pays out; a different cap or time limit applies only where one has been agreed for a specific account. The more friends you refer, the more credit you accumulate.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I receive my credit?
Credit is added after each of the referred customer's payments settles, starting with their first. If a payment is later refunded or charged back, the credit it earned can be clawed back (Terms of Service section 6.2).
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
Yes, once: an account that has never been referred and has never had a referral discount can enter your code at its next checkout. An account is referred, and gets the referral discount, only once.
What if my friend cancels?
You keep the credit you already earned. Referral credit is not clawed back if a subscription is cancelled.
